    Professional musher Amanda Otto will teach you how to drive your own team of Alaskan huskies. You will learn evidence-based therapeutic skills and have the opportunity to experience trauma-conscious yoga. Enjoy the cozy Alaskan lifestyle with like-minded people just minutes from Denali National Park. Our evening activities may include: “Tales from the Trail” with 4-time Iditarod champion Jeff King and Iditarod veteran Amanda Otto; time to bond with and learn more about your dog team; the chance to see the Northern Lights and wildlife; as well as games, campfires, and more.

Setting goals is a powerful way to make meaningful change. Build a balanced variety of therapeutic skills to address challenges. Learn mindfulness and restorative techniques to calm and ground yourself. Experience the power and joy of animals, nature, and community. Have fun!
