    Professional mushers Paige Drobny and Cody Strathe will teach you how to drive your own team of Alaskan huskies. You will learn evidence-based therapeutic skills and have the opportunity to experience trauma-conscious yoga. Enjoy the luxury and solitude of Susitna Adventure Lodge. Evening activities may include: “Tales from the Trail” with Paige and Cody who have together run 26 one-thousand mile dog sled races; time to bond with and learn more about your dog team; the chance to see the Northern Lights and wildlife; as well as games and more.

Setting goals is a powerful way to make meaningful change. Build a balanced variety of therapeutic skills to address challenges. Learn mindfulness and restorative techniques to calm and ground yourself. Experience the power and joy of animals, nature, and community. Have fun!
